Very poor care we had to remove our mother after 2 and a half months 2 falls in less than 3 weeks lost most all of her clothes and lost her hearing aid. A staff that didnt seem to care

My grandfather is being taken care of at that facility. He was very ill when he went there and they have taken care of every need he has had. He has been there for three months and when we took him for a visit home at Christmas, he was anxious to get back. He says they treat him so well, and the food is so good, that he always cleans his plate. Our family is very happy with the care he gets there. The way my family feels is that he gets loving, tender care.

very poor care, long delays in getting scheduled medications both delivered to the facility and once there to the patient. Some staff was very pleasnat and helpful but most were not.
