After hitting a curb when I was in Hilliard I decided to stop in to the Hilliard Tire Center to get an estimate on the damages. When I arrived Jason said they would call me back in the next few hours. I waited an entire day with no phone call from them! Then, a began calling the following day and they kept telling me that my car was next. When they finally called me back they let me know that the damage was something that they could not repair. Then, they charged me $70.00!!!! I told her that I was not aware that they charged for an estimate, and she said they didn't. They chose to hook my car up to a machine that tested the alignment and charged me for it without even asking my approval!!! Then, she said I could not transfer my car to a different shop unless I paid the fee. They didn't even fix or do anything and they are charging me...that's rediculous! I am very disappointed!

I love this place. I will go here and only here no matter what my needs are. They do great work, and they do it cheaper than anyone. My girlfriend took her car to Monro Muffler and Brakes to have some brake work done and they wanted to charge her over $800 for everything she needed done. Hilliard Tire said they would do it for $300. They treat every customer like the character Norm in the show Cheers. Every time you walk in they are happily greeting you. Let me be very clear. I do not trust anyone in the auto industry, but I would let the people at Hilliard Tire do work on my grandmothers car while watching my infant child and holding onto my social security card and checking account number. These are great people who have time after time performed amazing work on my vehicle. I finally traded in for a new car, but Hilliard tire helped me squeeze 3 years out of my payed off truck. I have been a customer of Hilliard Tire now for about 3 years. I am in sales so at times I just drop it off and say, Jason, do what needs done. This is a place you can go to and know that you are not being taken advantage of. Pretty much, a place where I can safely send my grandma!!
