Tree of Life-Northridge Branch Reviews

I have had three children attend Tree two who graduated after 12 years and one son who is now a freshman at Northridge. The quality of the education compared to very good Public suburban schools like Upper Arlington (where we live and I went to UA schools), Worthington and Westerville is exceptional. If you are looking for a small class ration with caring teachers and staff in a christian atmosphere Tree is for you. The test scores for Tree of life students is among the best in the state, but more than that the emphasis on teaching how to live life and deal with life's ups and downs is something you will not find at too many other schools. The atmosphere is one of growth and love compared to the competitive nature of Public Schools. Come and visit and see for yourself.

Tree is awsome. The sports are great and the work is hard but fun. I love it. And the teachers are kind and caring, too.

The academic quality is low especially compared to other parochial schools. There are extracurricular activities available. However, the school is very difficult to work with - especially when withdrawing a student and charges an exorbitant withdrawal fee. For the cost of the education - one of the costliest in Columbus - a student would be far better served by any of the other parochial schools. Despite being a Christian school, the administration seems more motiviated by greed than anything.

My daughter is a graduate from Tree and loved every minute of her 12 years at Tree, would not have changed a thing! Teachers are not afraid to show love and support to each child, I was a non-working Mom and I was at school several times a week. I know what was gong on in the classrooms, it was all good.

Dublin branch -- bottom line is small class sizes. Branch has small expenses at Dublin location, so tuition is low. Covers salaries, etc. Tuition is low compared to other private schools and discounts for multiple children. Eliminated many fundraisers! No pressure to be involved strictly voluntary. Focus is on education first (college prep). Finally, have playground after raising money. Small classroom sizes means kids get extra attention. Teachers are dedicated and interested in children's success. Classrooms are controlled and orderly. Disobedient students are dealt with in a loving and fair manner. All my kids love Tree and look forward to going to school. Overall - Impressed with school. So far, average class size is 16 or less students per each grade.

We came to Tree 3 years ago and have enjoyed the experience. Tree keeps the class sizes small, but the education and service opportunities are excellent. My kids have many opportunities to make great memories. The staff has been very supportive to ensure a very good middle school and high school experience.

I took her out because, they are insensitive, non understanding of family things. Loves to argue with you. Dublin branch- no playground, kids play in the parking lot. They do not pay rent, any utilities, nothing at all, to the church. No understanding of what my money pays for, & always asking for money for something. School supplies list was not even right, just dumb things. All in all the teacher was wonderfull.
